Summer 2025 Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

Local/Private Scholarships and Federal Pell Grants will begin the week of July 14

Loans will begin the week of July 21

G3 will be disbursed after all other awards have been disbursed

PLEASE NOTE:

1. All dates are tentative and are subject to change.
2. If you have outstanding Checklist items, your financial aid will not be disbursed.
3. Some classes start later in the term. Disbursements will be delayed until attendance has been verified in all classes.
4. School Closings and State and Federal holidays will delay disbursements.
5. Refunds are issued after the disbursement process has fully completed.
6. Receipt of refund through direct deposit may take up to 5 business days.
7. A paper check refund takes 5-10 business days longer than direct deposit.
8. Additional disbursements may be processed as needed.
