Spring 2026 Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

Spring 2026 Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

Local/Private No Refund Scholarships, Commonwealth Grant (COMA), Foundation Scholarships, & Local/Private with Refund Scholarships will begin Monday, February 23

Federal Pell Grants will begin the week of Monday, March 2

Loans will begin the week of Monday, March 9

First half of the G3 Incentive Grant, SEOG, PTAP and VCCS Grant will begin the week of Monday, March 16

Second round of disbursements will tentatively begin the week of Monday, April 13 (L/P No Refund, COMA, Foundation, L/P with Refund, Pell, Loans, SEOG, PTAP, VCCS Grant, G3 Incentive Grant First Half).

G3 Tuition and G3 Books will be disbursed after all other awards.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. All dates are tentative and are subject to change.
  2. If you have outstanding Checklist items, your financial aid will not be disbursed.
  3. Some classes start later in the term. Disbursements will be delayed until attendance has been verified in all classes.
  4. School Closings and State and Federal holidays will delay disbursements.
  5. Refunds are issued after the disbursement process has fully completed.
  6. Receipt of refund through direct deposit may take up to 5 business days.
  7. A paper check refund takes 5-10 business days longer than direct deposit.
  8. Additional disbursements may be processed as needed.
