The Roadrunner Promise Program
The Roadrunner Promise Program is available to eligible MGCC students, including high school, continuing, non-traditional, and nursing students. The program helps make college more affordable and may also help cover the cost of books.
To be considered for the Roadrunner Promise Program, students must complete the MGCC Educational Foundation Scholarship Application during the application period, January 1 through February 28. The scholarship application includes a brief description of the Roadrunner Promise Program and a checkbox for students who would like to be considered. A completed FAFSA is required to see if you qualify.
Eligibility is based on FAFSA information, program requirements, and available funding. Students accepted into the program must maintain at least a 2.25 GPA and enroll in a minimum of 9 credit hours each semester. Roadrunner Promise funding is available for up to 15 credit hours per semester, although students may enroll in additional credits if they choose. Students must also complete 8 hours of community service each academic year (4 hours each semester), complete the required SDV course, and live within the College's service area. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.
