Technical Services

The Technical Services team at Mountain Gateway Community College is here to provide high-quality technology support. We work to make sure the college’s computers, networks, and software are secure and working correctly so that students and staff can stay productive. 

What We Do 

We provide fast and accurate help for all college-owned technology, including: 

  • Devices: Computers, laptops, and mobile devices. 

  • Systems: Servers, the campus network, and VCCS software systems. 

  • Support: Personal attention to help you solve tech problems quickly. 

Office Hours and Location 

  • Location: Room 605, Armory 

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm 

  • Friday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
