Dabney S. Lancaster Community College has announced the hiring of two coaches for its brand new men's and women's basketball teams, with the season to begin in late fall of 2019.

Brandon Garrett of Buena Vista and Carl Thomas “Shorty" Wolfe, III of Covington will coach the men's and women's teams, respectively.

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College will host a Health and Wellness Fair on Tuesday, October 15, in Moomaw Center on the DSLCC main campus in Clifton Forge. The day-long event, sponsored by DSLCC Student Activities, is free and open to the public.

To Teach Culinary Workshops at DSLCC

The second annual “DSLCC Miles for Meals”, a six-week initiative to promote employee health and wellness at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College as well as support the DSLCC Roadrunner Cubby Closet, a food pantry located on the Clifton Forge campus, has been launched.

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Educational Foundation is once again hosting its biennial fundraiser, “Bubbles, Bands & Brunch—Tailgate Edition,” which will be held Sunday, September 15 at 12:30 p.m. in the Convocation Center on the Clifton Forge campus.

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College is partnering with the Virginia Community College Schools (VCCS) Hunger Project to help raise money for the campus food bank by accepting customer donations at the register in the DSLCC bookstore.
