DSLCC Hires Men's, Women's Basketball Coaches

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College has announced the hiring of two coaches for its brand new men's and women's basketball teams, with the season to begin in late fall of 2019.

Brandon Garrett of Buena Vista and Carl Thomas “Shorty" Wolfe, III of Covington will coach the men's and women's teams, respectively.

DSLCC Hosts Health and Wellness Fair October 15

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College will host a Health and Wellness Fair on Tuesday, October 15, in Moomaw Center on the DSLCC main campus in Clifton Forge. The day-long event, sponsored by DSLCC Student Activities, is free and open to the public.

“Miles for Meals” Raises Funds for DSLCC Food Bank Again

The second annual “DSLCC Miles for Meals”, a six-week initiative to promote employee health and wellness at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College as well as support the DSLCC Roadrunner Cubby Closet, a food pantry located on the Clifton Forge campus, has been launched.
